Terms & Conditions

Payment is handled by wire transfer or through only.  Wire transfer is the fastest, safest, and most efficient way to transfer funds, and it is the industry norm.  All purchases require payment before merchandise is shipped.  You can pay for multiple purchases on one wire, to save on wire fees, so long as you reference all of the Sales Order #'s on the wire.  Wire transfers typically show up in our account in a few hours, though some banks take longer.  International wires typically take a few days to process.  Once payment has been received and processed, release numbers are usually issued within 24 hours.  Wire instructions are included on your invoice.

We arrange shipping for you.  All we need is your shipping address, and some details about the location (loading dock, forklift, business or residential).  We will get you a quote for the shipping rate prior to invoicing, so that you can pay for everything at the same time.  Due to the large number of truckloads we ship monthly, we are typically able to get cheaper rates than you can, which saves you money.  From the time you send payment to delivery is usually between 3-10 days.  LTL (less than truckload) deliveries may take a couple days longer.

If you're curious about shipping costs, would like a shipping quote, or would like to know what the closest shipping point to you is, just give us a call or send us an email.  If you're not sure what you're doing when it comes to shipping, don't worry, we'll help.  It can be a nightmare and very intimidating, but we'll walk you through the process and make it as easy as possible for you.

Supplier Terms & Conditions

Some suppliers, retailers, or manufacturers have conditions set relating to the resale of their products.  Those conditions must be agreed to prior to purchase by the customer and are put in place to protect their brand and pricing.  Such conditions can include defacing requirements, no-sell radius, and most often an agreement not to advertise the brands or companies in print, on air, or on the internet.  Not all suppliers have such requirements, and we can walk you through the process to make sure you are compliant.
